| ORDERING Orders can be placed by telephone or email. Our telephone and email are available 24 hours. Outside normal working hours, orders may be placed via our telephone answering service. |

| DELIVERY Delivery will take place via our appointed carriers and dispatched within our 24 hour service. |
| CARRIAGE All orders over £150 will be sent carriage free. Orders under £150 will be charged at a maximum of £7.50 |
| BACK ORDERS Unless previously agreed, we will not operate a back order system, however we will inform you at the time of recieving the order should any product be out of stock. |
| PRICES All prices are inclusive of VAT which will be charged at the standard rate. |
| RETENTION OF TITLE Goods remain the property of Fat Phil's until paid for in full. |
